My truck keeps going into derate. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. A derate is the engine protecting itself, often over the emissions system. We read the codes and data, find the cause, and fix it instead of just resetting the light.
Do you delete or tune out the emissions system?
No. We do not delete or tamper with emissions equipment. We repair it so it works and keeps the truck legal.
Can you clean a DPF or do I need a new one?
Often we can clean it and get it back in service, as long as it is not damaged. If it is past saving we will tell you and replace it. Either way we look for why it plugged.
